The Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation does NOT prove
that the Hot Big Bang Theory is correct. |
It is widely averred that the CBR proves that Big Bang
Theory is correct.
Rigorous thermodynamic calculations show that the
expansion of the Universe at the time of the supposed
"Fireball" would not produce the perfect black-body
radiation which is actually observed.
The spectrum ought to have a smeared profile for
the Big Bang Theory to be true. |

Recoil between photons and electrons leading to the
Hubble constant and CMB |
Redshift is interpreted in terms of a recoil interaction
between photons and the electrons in the plasma of
intergalactic space. |

Re-evaluation of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) |
Certain characteristics of the CMB, such as the perfect
black-body spectrum and polarization, are shown to be
inconsistent with the model presented in the Standard
Big Bang theory. Evidence will be presented showing that
a model involving cold, dark matter surrounding the
observable universe better supports the observational
evidence. This model also solves the horizon problem
without inflation. |
